Default Help needed - Finnish M23 unit marking

I recently picked up a Finnish M23 Luger which has the unit marking "KKE/E.2" on the backstrap. Could you shed some light on its meaning?

More pics of the rig can be seen here: http://forum.lugerforum.com/showthre...709#post239709

DF, Most of these lugers were originally unit marked with a brass ID disc inlayed into the right grip. These disc were ordered removed with the outbreak of WW2, so very few are found with the ID disc installed. These M23 Finnish contract lugers were originally issued with an orig surplus LPO8 stock (they purchased 5000 of these with the pistols) and the issue holster had straps in back (most later cut off) for carrying the stock.
