Cutaways of Pistols 06/29 are rare - beside SN 40003 and 40004 I know for sure only from one other W+F cutaway. This pistol has SN V19 and is also located in the RUAG collection. From time to time cutaways within the ordinary SN range appears. I suppose that these cutaways are not originals produced by the W+F, but I’m not sure about this. All known original W+F cutaways of the Pistol 06/29 do not have any proof- or acceptances stamps. Alexander |

today I was for short visit in the RUAG collection in Thun / Switzerland and had the opportunity to bring my SN 40003 together with SN 40004 from the RUAG collection.
