I think I would offer 1933 Ford Nut a really nice HK mag, to match up your mag is almost impossible. You can find them if you look or offer to buy or trade for one

Ed,

I provided already the data of my simson (1741 a).

On the HK 5310:

If there is no way to match my HK , it is quit sad, but I have
to accept this fact. Live will go on , even without it .......

I have to thank Erick for his try , I appreciate it very much.

If we have the chance to match up a rare gun here
in Austria , it is no problem in our collecting community
here in Austria to do so ......

best regards

Otto

I declined because IMHO a mag in the 7,500 range should have an extruded - plated tube . Bottom looks good from the pics though . Sorry but as I stated I am not willing to go backward on quality . I need 6624 or 8309 . Could also use 2014 but am less worried about that one as the gun is a bit messed up . Hang in there Otto as it is still here and only you or whoever has gun 5310 will get it . Dave FWIW I may be interested in buying it if that is an option . 2014 has a mauser mag in it .
Sorry, I never received it or I wouldn't have bothered posting here. It's a shame it couldnt have worked for Otto. Sometimes these things work out and others they don't. I will be listing the mag in the classifies for other collectors.

The offer to trade EVEN UP for a mag of the SAME QUALITY still stands . I do not consider that an unreasonable offer ! Remember unless you trade me a nice HK mag numbered 8309 the winner here is Otto - not me .

A machine would not translate my words correct ....

Just means that it is not easy to find a very rare HK mag
in a good matching condition to make a trade , but that
is not the point here ......

Otto , Do you still have 1936 HK 5310 ? I may have found a mag closer than 5310 for my 8309 . I will send a PM also but we may have a chance here to put the right nice mag back in your gun . Dave
