Exotic holsters
Hello friends,
some weeks ago we spoke about â??not standardâ? LP08 holsters. In the following picture you can see two examples published in the Luger bibliography: http://boards.rennlist.com/lfupload/holsters.jpg On the left a â??standardâ? holster, in the middle a Turkish holster now in my collection, on the right a holster used by a Spanish officer of troops located in Africa. I am very interested in this â??exoticâ? holsters that demonstrates the employ of LP08 by officer or high dignitary of countries different from Germany. The picture is extracted from the French book â??Le Luger, un pistolet de l?©gendeâ?. Ciao

Mauro, Well, those are certainly exotic! I have never seen nor dreamed of an LP08 holster made from a psychedelic rug. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Very extraordinary example!I hope no one ever sends one like this to me for repairs. Jerry Burney
