Probably could round up a couple more!
Seems I will have a little more time to devote to Lugers and other stuff. After many years I have been put out to pasture! Layoff's are everywhere in the tech sector, and my number finally came up. Guess it is just nature's way of telling me to retire. Not much market for 63 year-old system engineers around here. Not to worry, Sarah and I will make out fine. I do hope to announce a significant addition to my collection soon if things work out. Stay tuned for further developments!

Retiring is fine, but having to retire ..
You'll do fine!
Of course now you can work on that book you've been wanting to write... (All collectors want to write a book, don't they! ) Ed |

Re: Probably could round up a couple more!
Ron, they probably saw all those beautiful Lugers you were buying and decided they must be paying you too much. Actually a Pink slip like that is a badge of Honor, I got mine in 1996 you will find that you are much happier. Hell I started my own business and set my own hours, till the wife crossed me and had her stroke.

Thanks G.T. I accept. Tell Carol we will keep the Drool to a minimum when we look at all the Guns.
