Default German Imperial Navy Holster and Magazine Pouch

Presented here are two examples of original German Imperial Navy leather. The Navy Holster is a dated 1917 example by Albert Moller of Dusseldorf. The double magazine pouch is by H. Muller & Co. of Offenbach a M., and is of the type 1. (Both Moller and Muller need an "umlaut", but my keyboard does not have that symbol). The pouch does appear to have its original strap and metal belt clip. A good reference on this subject is a recent book by Dave Molchen titled "Navy Lugers 1904 to 1940", see p.244. The DWM 1916 Navy s/n 2171 is shown for scale. The mag pouch was bought at a Tulsa Gun Show with two original navy mags about 7 years ago.

That is the way we like them! Well done!
Letters with umlauits are easy to do on a standard keyboard. You just hold down the "Alt' key and type in a number

ä = Alt 132
ö = Alt 148
ü = Alt 129
ë = Alt 137

That's a beautiful example of a very scarce Imperial Navy rig, than you for showing.
