Except that they Russians were already in charge by this time if memory serves me correct... I seem to remember John telling me that the US was in charge of the area until July or possibly August, if my memory is working (hey, thats twice I said that

Thats about right, we were busy trying to pack up as much as we could so as not to leave it behind for the Soviets. I believe Wernher von Braun as well as others were part of this exodus.
