Question on Transfer & Shipping
I sold a Luger to the holder of a Curio & Relics License. I live in Florida and he lives in Mississippi. In order to comply with the law am I required to ship the weapon to the buyer through a dealer's FFL?

No, He already has an FFL, the Curio and Relics license, which allows him to receive anything on the curio and relics list via interstate commerce. The only exception to this are NFA weapons.
To protect yourself, I would request a signed copy of his C&R for your records and comply with all firearms shipping regulations. |

This subject has been extensively researched and discussed on this and the other Luger board.
Type in "C&R USPS shipments" or any variant in the search function and you will see what I mean. John |
