Default Any help with this marking?

Found on a WW1 Saxon Belt Buckle.

I dont know what it means , but hear is what it says. 3.KS.SD N.3.11

The 3.KS. would fit with 3.Koenigliches Saechsisches Infantrie Regiment which was numbered 102 in the Imperial system. The rest of the marking is a mystery to me. Saxon buckles are frequently found with unit markings. How about a photo or two?
