Default Take Down Lever repair by Pollicelugers!

I bought this 1918 last year, it is a nice one, got it as a trade and some cash. Some idiot must have tried to pry it off with a screwdriver...
I had the entire take down lever, but the head / "top" so figured I wasn't doing too much of a restore by having another TD bought off of e-bay sent to PL, and he went, at it!

It was a sad thing before I sent it to Howard Collins and he worked some magic on it.

Here it is welded together, I final fitted it, and it'll stay on. No more screwdrivers for this baby.

Howard is a genius gunsmith. I thoroughly enjoyed speaking to him and sharing dinner with he and his wife at the Reno show Friday evening.
