Default My First Piece - Interarms Mauser

I got this off a gunbroker auction about a month back, have had it for a week and some, and finally got around to posting it up here.

Interarms American Eagle Mauser 4" grip safety, no box, just the gun and a magazine. I bought a repro loading tool and a mecgar mag too. Put 5 boxes of white box winchester's through it already, had a few casing jams in the breach but a simple pull on the toggle freed them up (3 out of 250 bullets ain't too bad) . Still basically new.

I think I got all the pics covered.

Mauro... 11.00.3294

A new collector,
Steve (Interarms08)

Steve, Welcome to the Lugerforum and congrats on your purchase. Because of the straight front gripstrap, this gun is not really a "P.08" but a "Swiss" type Mauser... It is a great shooter and should give you decades of good shooting.

Hi Steve,
Thank you for sharing the pics.
Let me notice a feature of your early productin pistol.
The serial number pattern on the frame has two dots but only one for the receiver serial number.

This means that you frame belongs to the first set built when Mauser used this two dot pattern. Then in the standard production both serial numbers have only one dot.

Enjoy your parabellum!

Cheers,
Mauro
