No More Holster repair for a month
Gentlemen, For those of you who might want to know, I will not be accepting any holsters for repair from March 16th to April 16th. I will be in hospital or engaged in therapy for hip replacement surgery during this time in Denver Colorado.
I am sure that after April 16th I will be happy to accept any and all holster repairs that come my way. Thanks to all , Jerry Burney

Jerry, best wishes to you. I have a friend in CA that had the same thing, therapy took a little longer than he expected but things are fine now, he is pain free. Hang in there, it'll work out.

Ellie here - Thanks for the good wishes for Jerry, and Yes, I will have my Laptop. I will keep you up to date and let you know exactly when you can start "flooding" the lugerholsterrepair-man with holsters again. I am sure he will need to keep himself occupied, in order not to drive me crazy!
Surgery is scheduled for the 30th of March. Re-hab and the rest of the summer will be spent in Colorado through September. Nice to know that the "support-system" goes international with such great people. PS: John D - The Nurses may make the PT interesting! Ellie

Jerry, you'll be in my prayers for a successful operation and a quick recovery. I'll give you some incentive by telling you that I have a possible project that is very much related to your line of work but it's NOT a holster or similar item. There is leather involved and you'll find out when you're back on your feet! Got you wondering? GOOD!

Doubs, I always like a mystery.
To all of you others who have me in your thoughts, I thank you. I need to get this fixed so I can walk around gun shows again! I appreciate you thinking of me, Jerry

Jerry,
The best of luck! I'm an artritis patient myself so I know how frustrating it is to loose the freedom to move around the way you want to. Hope your fresh hip may bring you many happy walks! |
