This exact same pistol was discussed in the thread below this one (What's it worth guys?). In that thread, a new member with the handle "WCW", (William) claims he just inherited the pistol from an uncle. I doubt very much that two such 1936 Kreighoffs, with the same accessories, both heavily buffed and both missing the front sight should appear within days of each other.

Can we please get our story straight?

Well I see he registered. The exact story would be he is correct and he is the seller. I have looked at the gun and am a potential purchaser. The Internet is a small place. I looked at that thread but didn't get to his post.
