Default Pictures

I dunno how ya do it. I set my camera on econ, trim the pics as much as possible, but to get them to 800 X 800, with <146K, I get something about the size of a postage stamp.

Try this... this is what I do.

Take a regular high quality photo image in Jpeg format.

Open it in Microsoft Office Picture Manager.

Click on the "edit pictures" button

A menu will appear on the right side of the window.

Click on Resize and then click on "percentage of original width and height"

Try 75%, then say OK and then save the image.

Check the location where image is stored and check the properties of the image by a right click of the mouse...

rinse and repeat until the file size is acceptable...

Thanks, John. LOL... But I'm on an Apple, using Photofix, a poor man's Photoshop. maybe if I use Graphic converter???? I'll keep trying...

I have a very interesting Erfurt 1914 that I just picked up, and a couple of questions. likr everything is matching and proofed, except the rear toggle pin.
