Bill, just send to a CA 01 FFL and the buyer can see and inspect the gun. They just can't take it home for 10 days if they don't have a CA C.O.E.. Not as big an hassle some people make it out to be.

I'm *SO* glad I got the heck out of that state! Department of Justice? Try "Ministry of Justice" instead...
