1941 Police Mauser Pics
Here is my first Luger. I just picked it up tonight and when I returned home, I removed the grips and found the last two numbers of the serial number(565y) stamped on the inside of both grips. On the bottom side of the barrel near the frame is a very small 848 or some type of mark that resembles that. What would that be? The magazine is matching, but there is only one. What would be the correct holster to have for this gun? Thanks everyone.

Wow! Looks cherry! The holster you need would be any WWII dated Police style hard shell. Police holsters differ from army in that the tab comes up from the bottom and affixes to a stud on the flap. Check Ebay or the classifieds on this board. Just to wonder what kind of $$ did you have to go?
