1944 P38 Holster Hardshell
Hello my holster loving friends. Today I saw this on E-bay. A 1944 P38 holster marked eue/4. I know 1944 Hardshell P38 holsters are rare. So I'm thinking this would be a good year (1944) to fake cause they are worth more money. What do you fellas think? nice looking holster if you ask me.
As always thank you for your comments and honest opinions. John |

I'm no expert, but I do own a couple of P38 reproduction holsters as well as originals and the hardest thing to get right are the rivets for the closure hardware. That's the first thing I look at. These look correct and original.

John, It looks like a good one to me. I can't seem to blow up the pics to see much detail but it's not a fake holster for sure. I looked it over fairly carefully and no red flags pop up. Honestly, almost any repro I have ever seen looks bad...This looks right.
