Default Aimco/Mitchell ammo?

Do the Aimco/Mitchell stainless steel Lugers from the 1990's have the same feeding problems with hollow point ammo as the German lugers?

With the exception of a few manufacturing mods, the Mitchell Lugers are basically identical to the originals. I have interchanged parts on mine.
