Default Steyr-Hahn Markings identification

I bought her down at SOS and it finally arrived! The slide and barrel are matching Romanian contract from 1913 and the gun is chambered for 9mm Steyr. The grips are not numbered. The frame however is numbered 6769y with the “K” stamped all over it and that, from what I’ve been able to gather, is a standard proofing mark on Austrian pistols. Based on the fact that the highest reported sn on these guns is in the mid Z block, the frame seems to be one of the last 10,000 or so that were made. It also appears to have Nazi police acceptance marks on it. The right side above the trigger appeared to have the old Wn mark with a 19 for, as far as I was able to find, the acceptance into the Habsburg army (whatever was left of it at least) in 1919, consistent with the frame serial number’s likely time range. These marks are barely visible now as they’ve been overstamped by HVn 30 for what I believe was inter-war Austrian army service in 1930 before being annexed by the 3rd Reich in 1938 where it got the Nazi police stamps.

Assuming I am not dead wrong about any of the above information, my question would be what the unit markings and numbers on the bottom of the lanyard loops mean? On the left side is the number 319 with what looks like the Dual Monarchy’s Double headed eagle afterwards. The right side of the loop has LGK.ST on it. Thank you for any help in advance.
