Post NC Gun Collectors, Charlotte

NC Gun Collectors will be having their gun show this weekend, 19-20, at the Merchandise Mart. I haven't been to this one yet but, I hear many big dealers will be there.

Usually the biggest dealer will be Doug Smith.

George and Brew_Ha_Ha.

How was the Charlotte show (Luger-wise)? I've been trying to get up I-77 to a show for a coupla years now, but so far something always comes up to prevent it.

Actually, there was this one guy there who had a table of lugers, about 20 or so and a Borchardt for display, like 15 Lugers were for sell.

The Borchardt that was on the table is the same one that was on Early Luger forums with the US holster.

And FGS was there with nothing under 1000 bucks it seemed like in Lugers, I didn't really see many people with say a single Luger nicely priced sitting alone surrounded by Colts and shotguns.

I did see and talked to the person that sold me my first Luger.

Thank you! Sounds like this show would definitely be worth the trip (very few lugers at shows in my area).

I bought a really good quality (honest) 1914 DWM at the show for a reasonable price. The dealer only had one Luger and was anxious to sell.

This show is held in Charlotte twice a year and is the best in the state for Lugers.
