Default Potential Sale of my Luger Coillection

To all my old friends on the Luger Forum:

A few days ago I posted that I was ready to sell my collection. Many of you responded. To my surprise one of my sons expressed a strong interest, so I have decided to give them to him . . . today. :-)

Thank you for all of your inquiries.

I hope he appreciates this. Especially the sentimental value...

I think that is so cool Luke ... I know that in later years your son would have regretted these heirlooms slipping away ... I am so happy for you both.

My Grandson showed an interest in my collection also - wondered how much it was worth...

If its your Grandson, does worth really matter?

Why does he want to know? More interest in worth than guns?

Because He Might Sell Them All At A Loss Shortly After Your Passing for Much Less Than Their Present Worth! Leave him one of your choosing your best to keep and pass down your family tree! Or Set up conditions for sale to a third party!! A hundred dollar bill has a shelve life of ten minutes, a luger for years! Give him one or two now and see if he has genuine interest!! Eric, Esq.

Young Child: "Granpa! Granpa, can you make a noise like a Frog?"

Grandfather: "Why?"

Young Child: "Cos Mommy said we can all go to Disneyland as soon as you croak"

I remember the heir to Ralph Shattucks large Luger collection. When Ralph croaked I think he took up all the guns and went to live in Disneyland. Might still be there...

What a good news, so your collection will remain inside your family.
