Philadephia Show
I noticed a posting today on the way to work.
It's at the Armory in NE Philadelphia this weekend. I see some Lugers there time to time.

I can't, for the life of me, think of any reason to go to Philadelphia unless it were to get to New Jersey. Then again, I can't think of any reason to go to New Jersey.
Tell us what it was like next week. Forks of the Delaware show this coming weekend also. It's one of the best "collector" shows in the country. The boys from Alaska and the northwest frequently fly in for that one. |

I still go to South Philadelphia (born and raised there)to visit with my Dad, 84, and still managing to take care of himself...
When I go, I don't go unarmed... and I don't go often. It just ain't the place that I grew up in anymore. George, where is the Delaware show? Wilmington?

I am tempted, but already changed my flights once ($100 change fee), and just sent off for a new Weimar Police today, so can only "look"

Ed, if you were going to go to Allentown, I would drive the five hours to buy you a few beers.
Let me know your travel schedule. I'm about to plunge into the ugly belly of the midwest for a few weeks. I need to get in and out of Minneapolis before the snow comes. |
