Rare scene definitely. Imagine you're a driver, and a plane passed by in front of you like this... not a big plane, but it's still much larger than a truck.

When I hear of or worse see something such as this I immediately
think of the abject terror that must fill the minds those on board.
I am so sorry for those who perished.

I saw it splashed across Yahoo shortly after it was announced.

Terrible, worse if there was a mechanical failure.
