Smile Drum mag deloader

I never saw one before, but saw this one at the SOS in Louisville last week. Are these rare; that is compared to a loader or drum? I understand that there was one loader per box of five drums. But, how many unloaders in comparison. Price would indicate that they are. Anyone own one of these puppies?

TM08 unloaders were a creation of the Weimar police.

George, I believe you, but don't understand why the police needed drums deloaded. Actually I don't know why they even exist. Deloading a drum doesn't seem that difficult. Please elaborate and enlighten me.

Soldiers unloaded their TM08s on the front. Police unloaded theirs in the police station. Why did the cops need a sear safety and a mag safety? Cops is cops and soldiers are soldiers.
