04 navy

Am on the trail of what puports to be a 100% original '04 Navy. Problem is it appears to have been depot overhauled many, many DECADES ago (circa 1912) and has a VERY OLD (pre W.W.I) refinish. Does anyone have any info on this rehab program? Am going to cross post this on the "early lugers" section also; if this is a violation of Forum ettiquitte, et a cat,whatever, pls excuse me as substantial $$ is involved.
