Thanks for quickly reply. I don't think so because, these parts removed:
-TRIGGER SIDEPLATE
-TRIGGER
-GRIPS
-LOCKING BOLT
-SEAR BAR WITH SPRING
-SAFETY BAR
-MAINSPRING & MAINSPRING GUIDE
-FIRING PIN WITH SPRING & SPRING RET.

Not really. The bolt has a channel, which allows the ejector to pass through when the bolt cycles. There would have to be obstructions on either side of the ejector in the channel for it not to move in either direction. This is unlikely. A broken piece of the ejector may be possible. Does the ejector look complete from the side of the gun?

On this forum in the Technical Information there is a pictured
disassembly.

Have you tried going in through the grip area and depressing the hold open?

Great Idea, Vern! I had to try that for myself. Yeah! Just go up and pull down on the tab that the mag button catches on. NEAT!

Hope that clears 7th's problem

Is the upper frame bent or damaged in any way? Will the upper frame come off the lower frame?
If the upper is not simply sliding off the lower with all the parts mentioned removed, it sounds as if one or the other of the frame components is damaged.

Sounds like a weak or missing HO spring to me also. With the toggle held open, you should be able to pull back on the toggle and push down on the HO from the top, to allow the breech block to clear it. TH

So sounds like your hold open spring broke and has jammed the action.

Can you remove the rear toggle pin and then the rear toggle?
This might allow you to see what is causing the problem.

Yes, i did it, but still don't know why upper frame don't move. I saw that, hold open isn't this problem.

I'm sure that there are some good retired machinist in Poland that could solve your problem, or contact one of the Luger gunsmiths in Germany (on this Forum), to see about shipping your luger to him for repair. TH

In Poland live 40 milions people, so here are some good gunsmiths. With shipping guns or "strategic" parts of gun (barrel, firing pin...) to other country from Poland, or from other country to Poland is big problem, because this is illegal here.

Illegal?

Shipping the gun in and out of the country or possessing the gun altogether?

Generaly yes, but if you want, you must go office and is much paper work and they must not permint you. Polish law about weapon is stupid and strange. Here are term like "specially dangerous weapon" (sub-machine guns, assault rifles...) which you can't have for collector licence id as sniper rifles.
