Hi Folks - a quick reminder.....
Sorry I haven't been to active here lately - I kind of "check in" to be sure everything is OK...
First - WELCOME to all our New Users!!! I hope you enjoy the LugerForum as much as we have over the past few years... Second - I posted this a bit ago - but as a reminder - this week I am upgrading my Internet circuits. What will happen is that, after everything is done - we will have over twice the available bandwidth. Since I host everything out of my office, this means that this site will be on a very large "pipe", so I hope the LugerForum experience is faster then ever for all of you... At the same time, you will notice that this Forum and the main site may be off-line for a bit. I apologize, but it can't be helped, as I have to install all the new switches and routers - so there may be times when this site looks like it is "off-line". It's really not - I'm just finishing up the changeover, OK? We'll be back Also - if you have sent me an e-mail over the past week or so - I want to say "SORRY" right up front if I haven't replied..!! This site/network/circuit upgrade, plus the demands of my real job have consumed about 110% of my time over the past few weeks... My Best to All..!!!! John D. |

Thanks John D. for the update... I only have a few minutes access and I am checking in from Phoenix... I hope the upgraded circuits go as planned and that you have everything functional by the time I get back to the Washington DC area.
By the way, I would appreciate it if all of you would pray for relief from this snow storm because if they don't re-open BWI airport by tomorrow morning, I will be stranded here for an additional day... that I can't afford to be gone. later, John S

I know what you mean about 110% effort. I once told my boss that even though there were 24 hours in a day, the first 26 were already booked solid.
