Jake, we use the [img] type of photos here and in fact, posting here is preferred.
I made it give you notice and made the picture show. It is needed with more info, more pictures to help a lot. So far it looks like a decent luger if not very nice. Although it might be lighting, the mags look diff in color, yet at matching? Welcome to the forum Ed BTW, using all CAPS is not needed and considered YELLING on forums

Your Luger was made by Mauser in 1939.
Take some pictures using shaded natural light (no flash) and get closeups in sharp focus of details including external markings. Get some overall pictures as well. Marc

If one magazine rarely left the holster pouch and the other was constantly in and out of the gun over the years, they would show different wear.

A first variation 1937 S/42 (strawed parts) with two correct matching magazines is a very hard to find and valuable gun. Congratulations!
