A very fine 1900 Swiss Wide Trigger indeed. Those wide triggers seem to hit my 'L-spot'.

Will a wide trigger fit a standard short frame? Does anyone know?

First let me thank Pete again for bearing with me on not knowing how to post photos, and obviously handling the job very admirably.........Now, John, us older guy go to bed when the sidewalks are all rolled up, which they are, and I am going to do just that very soon. Next day or so I will take the wide trigger from its gun and try it in a short frame, a DWM one first then a Mauser one. Interesting thought...........gives us at loose ends something to do.

John S asked about the interchangability of wide trigger from 1900 Swiss into a short frame gun. I tried it in a 1920 new mfg commercial and a 1936 S/42, which is probablya DWM gun finished by Mauser.......no go. the trigger size and shape were not the problem, the size of the hole in the right side of the frame is; to small.

hard to come by such an outstanding early Luger! Absolutly great condition!!! Do you have the holster also?

No Holster or other gadgetry, never been a holster buff as storage is a nusiance, display takes up too much space. I will check with seller who has many Swiss holsters and get one if he has it. He also has 1092 Fat Barrel gun and Persian artillery I am looking at. I had lengthy discussion with Bernie Lafferty two days before the plane crash on a 1902 Fat Barrel. Not sure I would have bought it but crash & fire eliminated it..........need to fill that nitch.
