Here is 1908 Navy I got last weekend. What do you guys think about this gun?

I saw your photos over on Gunboards. Looks like a really nice '08. Tough gun to find in that condition.

Clifton,
I don't see any military proof marks on it. Must be a commercial navy Luger. Is the serial number in the 51000 area? I always wondered about short and long frames on the commercial 1908's. Lets see some more pictures of your prize?

All markings are on the left side of the gun.

How are the pics of my prize? I did some research on 51000 ser number area and it looks like that ser number area belongs to guns manufactured at Farmington Hills, Michigan...
