Looks like the lower receiver of an FAL to me.
Well the rear portion of a saw cut receiver anyway.

Found it. It is a Stoner 63 part.
Probably leftovers from NWM, who obtained a production license in 1967 but shelved the project after only a few were made there.

Should have checked my own archive first. I have a manual for the damn thing...

Its an almost complete original factory parts kit from NWM and Cadillac Gage from 1967. NWM obtained a license from Stoner, assembled a few rifles but quit with it when no orders could be secured.

These parts can be traced back to the former commercial manager and collector Henk Visser.
