Default What is this take down lever for?

I am going through extra parts and I came across this in with luger stuff, but obviously it isn't. It is just smaller than a luger lever, and the middle part is the opposite?

About the same size, but what is it for?

Looks like the safety from a spanish Ruby pistol, or something close to it.

Lightbulb

It's a take down lever for a Beretta M1934.

Well, at least it is identical to mine.
