Commercial or contract holster?

I picked this holster up at the SOS in Louisville this weekend. It is for a 4" barreled Luger. No makers marks are stamps anywhere. Included are a loading tool, pin punch and cleaning rod. It also came with a Portuguese marked magazine.
Would it be correct for a Portuguese Royal Navy or RP Navy, or some other contract?

So the correct magazine should be an early blank bottom commercial sold with an 08 Commercial.

If anyone has a picture of the correct holster for a Portuguese Navy, I'd appreciate a look.

I paid $400 for everything. I don't think the seller knew the total value.
I am planning on bringing it to the next Tulsa show... hopefully in November.

I'm afraid that I never took pictures but the Portuguese Navy is a flap-type holster for a 4-inch barrel, both ends of a shoulder strap are sewn to the back.

I forgot I had photos until I was just reminded by Dwight's post above. Note that the Royal Portuguese Navy Luger is a 4 inch barrel but the holster, which is indeed Portuguese Navy, is for a 4 3/4 inch barrel indicating that probably some M2 Lugers were also employed by the Navy.

I've owned two different Portuguese holsters but they were made for the army. Except for the straps on the back, one was identical to Ron's Navy except it had loops for a belt. The one with the tools now belongs to my son. The other I still have.

About the Portuguese Navy holster.

In All period photos I could find they were wearing M2 type holsters. But the truth is all those photos were of "landing parties". So I suspect they were are armed with M2 pistols. One has to remember the original Navy contract was for only about 500 pistols(and it got divided almost in half because of the Republican revolution of 1910.

About half of them have the Crown over Anchor and the remainer have R. P. over Anchor). Cannot find a photo of a ship officer carrying a pistol.

IE.

However, There is this photo(These items belong to an ex forum member) of a Navy Pistol complete with holster, that apparently was owned by an Admiral.

Edit. Looking closer at the first pictures. I'm not so sure those are M2 holsters.

Kurusu, I believe you are correct about the holsters in the photos... they do look shorter than M2 holsters.
I'm sure they're as rare has hens teeth.
