Post Breechblock repair

I have a problem with my shooter Luger. The spot on the breechblock that holds the firing pin spring guide in place has worn away, and the spring guide will no longer stay in place. Is it possible to weld up this spot and use a Dremel tool to grind it back to original form? Is there someone here that could do the welding for me? Although this is a shooter, almost all the parts match, so I would like to have this part repaired rather than replace it.

I know it is possible Hugh Clark had one repaired for me. The part will need to be refinished after though.
