Ed, I think most of the WWII Luger Magazines were made by Haenel. For sure the 122's and the fxo's were. The fxo is the code for Haenel, just as the byf is the Mauser Code.

To my knowledge, Haenel made all of the extruded Schmeisser designed PO8 mags, starting in about 1930 for the Police, 1940 for the military lugers made by Mauser & KH, and continued to make them after WW2 on the same machinery either unmarked or 2/1001 marked for the E.Germans (factory was in Suhl) as part of the Ernst Thaulmann Werk.
