Need help for Luger ID
Hello,
I'm new here and this is my first post. I was hoping someone could help me identify a luger that I own and, I know it may be difficult, but help determine an approx value for this pistol. The serial # is 14168 with "Germany" stamped just below it. (all matching) It has DWM on the toggle with the american eagle on the chamber. Early style toggle (dished), grip safety, no stock lug. 7.65mm with walnut checkered grips without border. Thumb safety with safe in forward position. Barrell length is 4 3/4 inches. Flat recoil spring. No original clip with pistol, but fully functional. The bore is a little rough, and bluing is approx 70%. Grips are in good shape approx 95% and ser numbers match. No other markings are visible anywhere on the pistol. Any information would be greatly appreciated. |

Welcome to the forum Corey. From your description you have a 1900 American eagle luger. Pictures would be good for more information. Regards, Randy

Corey,
One guys 70% can be totally different from the next guys. Clear photos would help. Unless your 70% is way different from what I think it is, I would put it in a ballpark of around $3000-$3500. Mike C.
