Unit history for sucessor to 8th Reiter Regiment

I need the following publication which is in German:

Geschichte der Aufklarungs-Abteilung 18 - 18 Infanterie Division (tmot) -vom 24.8.1939 bis 1.10.40, Jeffke, G.W., eds Kameradschaft 8. Reiter (regiment).

I have a 1921 DWM (sn 6897 ns) which has these markings on the grip: 1/R.R. 8.28. The 1st Esk. went into the above Recon Batt in Aug/Sept 1939 per www.lexikon-der-wehrmacht.de. I have another unit history by this author for the 8th Reiter Regiment. That unit was disbanded in Aug 1939.

I have looked on Amazon english and german with no luck.

Any leads would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
