Erma Werke .22 conversion units
I was wondering if anyone has ever installed one of the Erma Werke .22 conversion units by Interarmco (or any other brand) in a Luger. I've got one of these units in a box but have never tried to install it. Does anyone have any comments on how they shoot? Any suggestions on installation?
Thanks, Brent B. |

I have a WW2 version that is fun to shoot but was expensive to purchase.

I've been tinkering around with it and have had it partially installed but didn't finish the job. I might have some extra time this weekend to complete it. I'm taking it slow as I'm in uncharted waters.

Brent, installation is very simple and should take but a moment. I have found function to be flawless. In fact as a kid I bought an Erma .22 cal Luger that functioned terribly compared to a conversion unit. Call if you have any problems.geo

Hello Brent B.
This is a scan of the instruction manual of one of my ERMA WERKE .22 Cal. conversion units that came from INTERARMCO in the green cardboard box. Ed Roane http://forum.lugerforum.com/lfupload...0001_copy3.jpg |

Ed: I really appreciate the instructions. I was late getting into the office this morning and just saw your posts. I'm printing them out and will give it a go later today when I get my work done. Thank you so very much.

Brent, One thing that the instructions may not say, is to press in the trigger bar (sear) when inserting your toggle assy, so that you are not working against a cocking firing pin. TH
