I've never seen one, so possibly not original/genuine...but BIN seems reasonable...if genuine...

Looks like a nice original Bulgarian holster to me. The low price would seem to raise questions about its authenticity but the brass looks old.

That 1940 Leipzig mark stands out like a brand on a cow. I bet if you follow this seller you will eventually see the cartouche turn up on other items.

He has another Luger holster listed, and he left the "Made In Argentina" sticker on it...

He's also selling "WEIMAR AND EARLY NAZI LUGERS JAN C. STILL" for BIN $37.50...
