Welcome to the forum.
Being rebarrelled, refinished and reworked eliminates collector interest, and makes this a "shooter" Luger. That said, it is a very nice one. The packaging would be consistent with a Russian capture and it is likely import marked. Is that the case? Checking other numbered parts, it is otherwise all matching? In today's marketplace, I'd expect this is closer to the $1400 mark...
