Default Interarms Mauser P-08

Hello all,
Have a chance to pick up an Interarms Mauser P-08 (American Eagle-Swiss style) with box, test target, paperwork, spare magazine, manual and all accessories. The serial number is11.013xxx. The pistol appears pristine with the exception of a scratch where the rear of the toggle assembly hits the frame. I'm in the dark on modern lugers and would appreciate any info on the year of production and a price check. Thanks, Don

Hello dond,
You can become more familiar with the Mauser Parabellum looking at my web site and selecting Mauser Parabellum area. You can see several models.

Concerning the year of production I will say late 1972, beginning 1973. Please check your pistol and the test target as well some times there is the date although most probably your pistol is FBM marked.

Enjoy your Mauser Parabellum!
Cheers,
Mauro

Hi Mauro,
Thanks for the quick response! I'm assuming that this is a fairly early production date? If so, does it add to the value of the piece? The seller is asking $1595.00 for the pistol. I've surfed around some of the auctions and dealer sites and this price seems to be on the high side. Thanks again, Don

Do you have pictures available to evaluate the configuration?
The fact that the set is complete can increase the value of the pistol.
You have to know that in the last years the price of these pistols is increasing.
Have fun,
Mauro

I'm unable to get pictures of the piece. However, it looks identical to the set posted on the FGS, Inc site (page 2, 4"). It is listed for $1350.00 NIB ($245.00 less than the one I was looking at!). Thanks again for the input. Think I'm going to pass and stick with Imperial lugers.
Best regards, Don
