The small letters indicate the mint wehre it was made. If the coin is made of copper it is 1 Pfennig or 2 Pfennig. If made of nickel it would be 5 or 10 Pf.. In case that it is silver it would be 20 Pf, or 50 Pf. Regards, Armin.
