This doesn't look like one to me, but I am no expert on this type of item?

This is a repro carbine type stock Ed... that was probably perfectly legal to use on an Artillery Luger in Australia where it is located, but NOT here... It would only be legal on a legitimate and original Luger Carbine... or an NFA registered and tax-paid ($200) Short Barreled Rifle (SBR) if attached to any other kind of Luger. Of course since Australia has banned Lugers in any form... this stock is only useful as a club there... (with apologies to our Australian members).
