Default Mauser Military, Data Request.

Mauser military: serial number, acceptance stamp, and proofs.
Collectors from both Forums have supplied and gathered detailed information on the following Mauser Military code Lugers G date, 1937 date, 1938 date, 1940 date and 41 date. These tables of serial numbers, dates, acceptance stamps and proof marks are very useful and interesting for both beginning and advanced collectors. I would suggest that we complete the series by gathering data on the K date, 1936 date, 1939 date, and 42 date. If there is sufficient interest, I will start the 4 tables with proof and acceptance stamp definitions and what information needs to be included. Suggestions welcome.

Excellent, I have a late production K date- I'd be glad to participate and to learn more about the weapon.

Motown sends.
