TLSS Update
Well, looks like Dok's Luger made it to MA this morning. It will be delivered today! Finished Wombat's Fire blued parts last night! Got that damn main spring in, it took longer than expected and a few new cuss words were invented, "rasterfacter%%%%%####^^^^^ main spring" No wounds, that is the good part. Strawing on his safety lever looks really really spectacular (jeezz, I wish I knew what I did right) TRigger has a really hard mill finish (way deepr than I have ever seen, too deep to look right)
That will be a little bit of work to fix that. All the bluing is done, grips are done. Do internal polish and put all the rust blued parts together tonight! Finish straw work tomorrow and fire for effect. This one should go out Monday June 4th. DOK-thanks for the payment, Wombat-send money please! HUGH- look for 1/2 payment on der "Baby" Bis Spaeter! Re: TLSS Update
Yes sir, please see my site at http://members.fortunecity.com/tedluger/ and check out the bottom of the main page, it has links to pictures of several guns I have done recently. I also have done quite a few for other persons on this forum (as well as having some already in waiting to be done) I target shooter grade Lugers and I am a preferred vendor listed in the links and resources section of this forum! Thanks for asking! Thor (Ted Green)

Re: TLSS Update
Hakan,
I hope you have had a chance to see Ted's wesite for some photos of his work. Ted does one of the best jobs I have ever seen on refinishing a Luger. He has completed an import marked "G" Date for me and has a Double Date that will be finished soon. The American firearms restorer, Gale Morgan is probably the best in the US, and I put Ted's refinishing right up there with him. Marvin |
