Why can't I change my avitar????

As you can see the picture works! But when I try to upload it I get a message saying that it cannot find the pic!

Hello Doug,
It is very interesting your avitar. It shows two Italian soldiers. The foreground one is a Bersagliere, an Infantry Italian army corp. The sentence Ã¢??E tu cosa fai?Ã¢?Â could be translated into English as Ã¢??What do you want to do?Ã¢?Â

Doug, make sure that you are not appending the URL for your avatar to the "http://www" that is already in the text input box... try again. If that doesn't work, we will have to wait for John D. to troubleshoot the problem...

Hopefully this will work...
