Thanks for the notice George... I presume it will be a the Dulles Expo Center as usual and that your table will be in the corner by the ATM machine... will Tom A be with you?

This is usually a great show... unfortunately, I was just informed by the other half, that we will be hosting several houseguests all of Sunday afternoon, and we will be out of town on Saturday... RATS....

I have an assortment of Lugers, other Axis pistols and accoutrements that will be FS at helluvadeal prices; I take cash, checks drawn on any American bank except the South Bank of the Rio Grande, travelers checks, items in trade that do not eat.

Got to finance a new bullet hose acquisition (Lanchester Mk 1*).

LP08's, P04, couple of contract 06's bunch of P08s and an exquisite 1908 commercial. As Tom says...all kinds of stuff. Also some holsters.

OK Tom, I need an extinct 30 cm carbine barrel. Hey, doesn't hurt to ask. I'll be at the show Friday, Saturday and parts of Sunday. Been a very long time since I went to a gun show.

Cannot find Lugers at Random at my 2 local book stores and Amazon is very expensive, so if you have a copy (less than Amazon), I'm interested in that too.

So much for my wish list.

Conny, I see Lugers at Random on ebay a lot, and I bet there is a copy on http://abebooks.com I like them and also http://www.rayrilingarmsbooks.com/cg...cgi/index.html

In addition, I have had Ray Riling get me the item quick and they have had friendly service to me.

Thanks Ed, I got the book for almost $40.00 less than Amazon including shipping. Thanks for the link.

Thanks Ed, I contacted some friends in Holland about the barrel. Hopefully, they can come up with one. They have many contacts. Maybe I need to attend more gun shows and flea markets.

Hey George and Tom A.

You gentlemen going to be over at the SOS/NGD shows in Louisville next month. If you have any Axis pistols for sale (non lugers) I may be interested. Maybe we can plan a dinner get together one night--not as structured as last year (that was pretty nice last year). I am there Wednesday thru Sunday staying at the Executive West (the one on the right as you head to the airport out of the convention center). Hope to see you there! Happy New Year, Lloyd in Vegas

Lloyd, I will be at the SOS and would look forward to a social event one evening. I believe Tom will also be there but his schedule may be tentative due to work.

Just returned from the Chantilly, Va. Gun Show. Alot of people, alot of guns and alot of cars. The majority of luger collector/dealers are located to the right after entering the building. Tom has a fine selction of lugers and accessories. Very nice guy. Glad I had a chance to meet him. Met other lugermen not online but just as nice. Prices are quite reasonable considering what I see on gunbroker, auctionarms, etc. I think it's time to grovel and double knee kiss the wife about an Artillery luger. Tom has 2 and they both are exceptional. Two other dealers had one each that were just as nice. Hmmm..decisions, decisions.
