Default Lakeland Gun show Lugers

Been a few years since attending a large gun show. If you were to remove all the AR-15s and their accessories, I'd
say the rooms would be 1/2 empty. Then all the knife sellers would lose another 10%. Now to the Lugers, Found only 4. One had a beautiful well done chrome finish, $800 for that on. Another .30 Luger comm. ok at $1,100, then a import marked 9mm, so-so condition with a strange black finish. $800. Lastly a "G" date S/42 matching at about 80% finish, asking $3,995. That seems steep to me but you guys know best. Found a private sale Navy. Will post that info in the Navy forum. Ho, tons of ammo on sale, searched it all, found only one box of .30 Luger, Winchester priced at
$67, passed on it.
That's all folks

Hi Bill
The one to go to there is sponsored by the Lakeland rifle & pistol club, its only 3 times a year, the next one is in January, I would say 50% of it is related to vintage and collector firearms, and you can count on quite a few Lugers being there.

Jack Schubert also does a nice show at the Lake Mirror center in Lakeland, its restricted to C&R firearms, its smaller with only 50 or so dealers but nice quality, next one is Dec 21st I believe.

What a shame, only for Lugers.
That confirms that Lugers are only for connoisseurs.

Jack is a good guy to deal with both in buying and selling.
