Artillery Luger rear sight

I have a 1917 DWM that originally was a artillery Luger. I have found the correct original barrel, but no rear sight. I see that replacement barrels are being manufactured (sarco amoung others sells them). However no one knows if anyone manufactures replacement rear sights. Seems to me that it would be dumb to manufacture and sell repro barrels, but not the sight. Does anyone know if and where I could get one?

Sarco had them for sale in the Shotgun News a month or so ago.
