Seriously - here is an overview of what I did - less the detail.....

- Split the IP across two NICs to see if one was failing (using a virtual IP).. As that seemed to help, I left them....

- Added 1GB of memory to the server (hence the two re-boots)...

- Reworked the MySQL Database to optimize queries against average loads;

- Installed two new Routers - one upline from the two NICs, and the second to interface with the CSU/DSU (Channel Service Unit/Data Service Unit) using Full Duplex mode on a 1GB Fiber NIC;

- Reprogrammed the webserver configuration file - changing time-outs, bind address(es) and the number of servers started per session...

Old symptoms from a few weeks back seem to be back...

I get lots of "action cancelled" messages when trying to move from one page to the next. Page loading is at snail-pace again...
